Multi Doc

Today, we are excited to announce Multi Doc!

A powerful way to create distinct notes for each interaction within the same visit. This ensures your veterinary documentation stays clear, organized, and complete—without the clutter.

Here's how teams are already using multi-note to streamline their documentation:

• SOAP Note + Phone Call Log: Create a SOAP note for the in-clinic exam, then add separate notes for follow-up calls—keeping communication logs organized and traceable (try our phone call integration available in Beta now!)
• Intake Notes + Daily Inpatient Updates: Document admission with an intake note, then track daily progress with new notes—ideal for emergency and critical care cases.
• SOAP + Ultrasound: Keep diagnostics organized by documenting ultrasound findings in a separate note while maintaining the original SOAP assessment.
• SOAP + Health Certificate: Document a physical exam and create travel or adoption certificates as separate notes—eliminating duplicate work.
• Tech Notes + Doctor Notes: Enable technicians to record vitals and history, followed by veterinarian findings—creating an efficient, team-based workflow.

Phone calling

Today, we're ringing off the hook with excitement to announce what might be our most-requested feature ever: Phone Call integration!

No more putting all your calls on speakerphone or recording only one side of the conversation. With this new feature, you can now directly place a call to your client from VetRec, and both sides of the conversation will be recorded with full clarity.

As soon as you hang up, we'll process your call into nicely formatted, fully customizable notes, just the way you like them.

Auto infer patient name. Skip typing before starting a recording!

Today, we're making VetRec even more efficient for you, starting today!

Focus on your workflow, go straight to recording and let us handle the rest!

VetRec will now infer the patient's name from the conversation without the need for you to type it prior to starting a recording. You can always edit the patient's name afterwards if you want to add more details.

Integrations to Major PiMS (For FREE!)

Today, we are excited to announce that VetRec now makes it extremely easy to sync and export your notes with several of the major PiMS!

In addition to major cloud-based PiMS, we also have FREE integrations for most common server-based ones!

Our solution allows you to sync your appointments from your PiMS, bringing information like name, appointment date, any special ids, and allows you to export with the click of a button. Styling and format is preserved and with VetRec's customizable template builder, you can choose whatever format and style you like the most!
