Do more with VetRec and Vetspire

In this blog, we will explore the latest updates we have made to our integration with Vetspire and how it is helping doctors do more with VetRec. AI scribes streamline documentation, such as SOAP notes and discharges, by enhancing efficiency and quality. Their value lies in producing accurate records and seamlessly integrating into daily workflows. At VetRec, we've prioritized seamless integration with Patient Information Management Systems (PiMS) from the start. We are excited to share how we are evolving our integrations.

Syncing Vetspire appointments

VetRec allows doctors to automatically pull all their appointments for the day into VetRec. With the click of one button, the appointments get added to VetRec. Once in VetRec, the appointments can used to record information, add records recap and generate notes. Once you are ready, you can easily export the information back into Vetspire.

Export Notes to Encounters, Quick Notes and Attachments

Easily one of the most exciting updates is the ability to export notes from VetRec into Vetspire as either an Encounter, a Quick Note or as an attachment. Learn more about configuring templates for Vetspire.

This means you can generate full SOAP notes to match your Encounters. When exported even normal and abnormals will be toggled automatically in Vetspire.

Create phone call or communication log Quick Notes directly under the patient in Vetspire.

And export dental charts and other types of notes as an Attachment directly into the Vetspire Encounter.

Using Vetspire from the Chrome Extension and App

We have added support for Vetspire across our Chrome Extension and Mobile apps. This means that users can sync their appointments from any device as well as export notes back into Vetspire from anywhere. Particularly useful to record Quick Notes like Phone Call or Communication Logs.

Our Chrome Extension has more secret to share with its ability to automatically pull Vetspire information the fly. Simply have the extension open while Vetspire, and see patient information populate automatically!
